- Symmetrical dilatation the cerebral ventricles with Prominent cortical sulci and extra axial CSF spaces
- midline shift or deformity..
- No intracerebral and extra-axial areas of abnormal attenuation values or recent blood density .
- Bilateral idiopathic basal ganglia calcifications .
- Preserved normal gray-white matter interface.
- Normal appearance of the brain stem and cerebellum .
- Scanned para-nasal sinuses are clear .
Conclusion
@ Brain involutional changes ,
normal for age with no evidence of ischemic vascular insults.
