- Well defined oval shaped area of recent blood density is seen in right deep temperoparietal region . the lesion measures about 4x305x6 cm , in maximal AP ,TS and CC diameters respectively with intraventricular extension seen in both lateral ventricles .
- Minimal perifocal brain oedema is seen around the lesion .
- The lesion exert mass effect in the form of compression of the right lateral ventricle with minimal contralateral shift of the midline structures at the level of the lesion.
- Scanned para-nasal sinuses are clear .
- Normal appearance of brain stem and cerebellum
